We're looking for someone ready to work at that level from early on.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn design for your product area end to end: discovery, flows, interface, copy and the quality of what ships.\n\nWork as an equal partner with your product manager and tech lead, including when scope and priorities are set.\n\nPlan and run your own user interviews and usability tests, and use product analytics to guide decisions.\n\nChallenge requirements when the evidence points elsewhere, and propose work that isn't yet on the roadmap.\n\nBuild coded prototypes and ship UI changes with Claude Code, following clear guidelines on when to involve a developer.\n\nDesign with our design system and contribute improvements back to it.\n\nBring your work to weekly critique and give feedback on other designers' work.\n\nWhat you bring\nSenior product design experience, typically six years or more, mostly in B2B SaaS.\n\nA track record of owning a product or product area over time, with results you can point to.\n\nAt least one complex product you shipped and kept working on, such as an editor, builder, admin tool or dashboard.\n\nStrong product thinking. You can explain why something was built, what it was meant to change, and whether it did.\n\nExperience running discovery yourself, including user research and usability testing.\n\nConfidence working directly with product managers and engineers, and disagreeing with evidence when needed.\n\nYou write your own interface copy.\n\nFull professional English.
