Your work has impact, and that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.\nThe impact you’ll make:\nOwn and grow the revenue for your named book of agencies and advertisers\nOwn your pipeline and forecast, commit to a number and stand behind it\nShape the strategy, solution and pitch for every brief in your book\nNegotiate rates and terms, and protect pricing\nBuild account plans that grow spend through renewals, cross-sell and programmatic\nBring sponsorships and creator-led campaigns to your clients, working with our Creator Partnerships team\nYour track record:\n5 to 9 years in digital sales, ideally selling media or advertising at a US platform or publisher\nA record of holding a quota on a named book and growing it year on year\nExperience selling through media agencies and direct to advertisers\nWorking knowledge of programmatic (PMPs, programmatic guaranteed, and DSP and SSP mechanics)\nFamiliarity with CRM and order management systems (Boostr is a plus)\nConfidence presenting to senior stakeholders, and pushing back with a reason and an alternative when something isn’t possible\nBonus points if you also have:\nExperience with creator networks, live streaming, entertainment or gaming platforms\nProfessional Spanish or Portuguese, for US Hispanic and Latin American campaigns\nRelationships with planning and investment teams at US agencies\nExperience selling sponsorships, branded content or creator-led campaigns alongside media\nKnowledge of campaign measurement, like brand lift studies and IAS, DoubleVerify or Nielsen\nHere are our benefits and perks:\nSharpening your edge\nThe ultimate sandbox.
