And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else. \nThe impact you’ll make:\nReview customer accounts and transaction activity, escalating concerns where needed\nFollow assigned cases through to completion, monitoring compliance channels and responding to queries\nAssist with data privacy and law enforcement enquiries\nContribute to regulatory gap analyses and keep Stake’s obligation and risk registers accurate and current\nHelp draft and maintain policies, procedures and compliance records\nTrack AML/CTF, sanctions and crypto-asset regulation, and communicate the impact to the business\nSupport compliance projects and suggest practical process improvements, working with internal and external stakeholders\nYour track record:\n3+ years in an AML, financial crime or online gaming compliance role\nWorking knowledge of AML/CTF obligations, sanctions regimes and KYC/EDD requirements\nFamiliarity with blockchain analytics platforms and comfort reading on-chain transaction data, plus a grasp of crypto from an AML lens\nExperience using AI tools and agentic workflows to improve compliance processes\nConfidence working with data, including spreadsheets, queries and reporting\nStrong written English, with the ability to document decisions and investigations clearly and defensibly\nDetail oriented and organised, able to manage competing BAU tasks and projects and see them through to completion with minimal supervision\nBonus points if you also have:\nScripting or automation experience\nA tertiary qualification in law, business, finance or a related field, or an equivalent compliance certification\nHere are our benefits and perks:\nSharpening your edge\nThe ultimate sandbox.
