And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.\nThe impact you’ll make:\nOwn the day-to-day project plan for licence applications - timelines, dependencies and stakeholder sign-off\nMaintain a central register of licence applications, renewals and reporting obligations across every jurisdiction, flagging deadlines before they become problems\nManage scheduling, meeting prep and follow-up actions for engagement with regulators, legal counsel and industry advisors\nMonitor and log global regulatory developments in a structured repository to support strategic impact assessment\nCoordinate across Legal, Operations and Finance to keep compliance initiatives aligned with business timelines\nAssist in drafting documentation for compliance frameworks as we enter new jurisdictions\nPrepare status reports and dashboards on licensing and project progress for the Head of Compliance\nYour track record:\n2+ years' experience in projects, project coordination or programme support, ideally within a regulated, legal or compliance environment (iGaming, financial services or similar)\nExperience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines and cross-functional stakeholders\nProven experience managing licensing applications and interactions with regulators across multiple jurisdictions\nStrong understanding of international gaming regulations and market entry requirements\nA business-related degree\nExcellent project management and organisational skills across complex, cross-functional initiatives\nExperience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, GRC platforms and AI to manage and communicate projects\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities\nA strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail\nBonus points if you also have:\nLegal qualifications or a background in law\nHere are our benefits and perks:\nSharpening your edge\nThe ultimate sandbox.
