This passion for gaming, has led to KICK being recognised as an industry disruptor and the ones to watch, making us the ultimate destination for gamers and creators alike.\nKickstart your career and apply today!\nThe impact you’ll make: \nPlan and prioritise KICK’s email and push notification calendar to ensure communications are delivered on time.\nDeliver high quality email and push notification campaigns from initial brief through to send, ensuring each communication is accurate, on-brand, and free from errors.\nWrite clear and engaging English copy that supports campaign objectives.\nCoordinate translations and localisation with the Content team for our Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Arabic users, ensuring all required copy is supplied, reviewed, and approved within agreed timelines.\nBrief and manage the production of visual assets with the Visual Design team, ensuring each asset meets the communication’s objectives, specifications, and delivery requirements.\nProof all copy, translations, links, design assets, audience targeting, and campaign setup before send to maintain a consistently high standard of execution.\nConduct continuous A/B testing across copy, subject lines, calls to action, creative, and other campaign variables to improve open rates, click-to-open rates, and conversion.\nMonitor and report on email and push notification performance, using delivery volume, open rate, click-to-open rate, and conversion to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\nManage and respond to marketing communication requests from stakeholders across KICK, clarifying requirements, setting expectations, and balancing requests against existing priorities.\nMaintain clear campaign records, workflows, and documentation that support efficient collaboration, reduce execution risk, and enable CRM activity to scale with KICK’s growing global user base.\nYour track record:\n3+ years experience using CRM or customer engagement software.\nDelivered marketing communications from initial brief through to quality assurance and send.\nProduced clear, engaging and accurate marketing copy, with strong editing, proofreading, and detail.\nManaged multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder requests while maintaining a high standard of execution.\nCoordinated effectively with copywriters, translators, designers and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver campaign requirements on time.\nUse data to inform insights and action.\nCommunicate clearly and proactively, particularly when clarifying briefs, managing expectations, and resolving challenges.\nBonus points if you also have:\nWorked in a fast-moving technology company.\nUnderstand email deliverability, marketing consent, and privacy requirements across multiple markets.\nExperience supporting communications delivered to a large, international customer or user base.\nHere are our benefits and perks:\nSharpening your edge\nThe ultimate sandbox.
