Your work has impact, and that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.\nThe impact you’ll make:\nOwn and deliver KICK’s US revenue across video, display and native inventory\nOpen the holding groups and the advertisers behind them, building trusted relationships from planning teams up to C-level\nLead data driven strategy and storytelling, translating complex performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and narratives that influence senior decision makers and unlock upsell and cross sell opportunities.\nBuild KICK’s US commercial story, using the audience, category and data-led proof points that get us onto plans\nNegotiate annual trading agreements, master agreements and multi-year spend commitments\nOwn the pipeline and forecast, and grow the region year on year through retention, share of wallet and new accounts\nMentor the team as it grows, and set the standard for how KICK sells in the region, and foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nYour track record:\n9+ years in digital media sales, with a proven record of owning and delivering a holding group or regional revenue number\nEstablished relationships across US agency groups, independents and key advertisers\nExperience negotiating trading agreements and multi-year commitments, and presenting to senior agency and client stakeholders\nWorking knowledge of programmatic (PMPs, programmatic guaranteed, and DSP and SSP mechanics)\nFamiliarity with CRM and order management systems (Boostr is a plus)\nComfort building without an established process, in a function and region that are both being built\nBonus points if you also have:\nExperience with creator networks, streaming, live broadcasting, entertainment or gaming platforms\nRelationships with programmatic buyers and brand-direct advertisers\nHere are our benefits and perks:\nSharpening your edge\nThe ultimate sandbox.
