> Managing inventory rules and maintaining accurate, reliable data.

> Analysing demand and stock levels to identify opportunities to add inventory where needed.

> Reviewing changes to hotel stock, challenging reductions and assessing the potential customer impact.

> Managing hotel overbookings and closures, working with suppliers and colleagues to find the best available alternatives for customers.

> Negotiating with hotel suppliers to reach positive customer outcomes while working within commercial requirements.

> Developing reporting and inventory controls to provide useful insight and improve how inventory is managed.

> Investigating inventory queries and resolving escalated issues.

> Supporting hotel partners and identifying ways to improve how inventory is managed.

What you'll bring to the team:

> Good data analysis skills and experience using Microsoft Excel.

> A logical and analytical approach to solving problems.

> Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

> Good organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

> Confidence working to deadlines and making decisions under pressure.

> Negotiation skills and the confidence to challenge constructively.

> Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.

> Initiative and a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality work.

> Experience working across different teams and priorities.

> Familiarity with the travel industry or travel products would be useful, but isn't essential.
