Your work will directly improve customer experience during the most critical parts of their journey, from booking to airport to day-of-travel, while enabling teams across the business to act faster and smarter.\nEmpowering your squad to build the right things, the right way; balancing marketing needs, operational constraints, data quality, and business impact.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOwn the product backlog and priorities for your Martech domain, with clear focus on supporting both commercial and operational airline use cases. \nCollaborate with other Product Owners to align data and activation capabilities across the broader product ecosystem. \nPartner with engineering, data, CRM/marketing, UX, and operational teams (airport, contact centre, disruption management) to deliver high-value solutions. \nEvolve and optimise tools like mParticle, Braze, or similar CDP/engagement platforms to support real-time operational triggers (delays, rebooking, notifications, etc.). \nBreak down complex data and activation problems into actionable stories and milestones. \nSupport end-to-end communication journeys, including day-of-travel, disruption handling, and proactive service messages. \nEnsure data quality and orchestration enable accurate segmentation and timely operational alerts. \nCommunicate progress, trade-offs, and technical constraints clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. \nWe’ve landed!
