As a Delivery Manager for our Safety Critical Embedded System team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and growth of your software component. You will lead a team of engineers and Tech Leads, ensuring high-quality and safe feature delivery while fostering a positive team culture. This is a full-time permanent position based in Toulouse.
Missions
- Assurer l'exécution prévisible des livraisons, le suivi des progrès logiciels et la mise en œuvre de plans d'atténuation des risques.
- Gérer le backlog du composant, collecter et affiner les besoins des parties prenantes internes, et prioriser les tâches.
- Diriger et gérer l'équipe de développement, favoriser une culture d'innovation et de collaboration, et soutenir la croissance individuelle.
Profil recherché
We are looking for a leader with strong technical foundations and a passion for managing people and projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.**Technical & Professional Experience:**
* Advanced experience in project/delivery management and team leadership within embedded software environments.
* Advanced skills in backlog management, resource allocation, release delivery methodologies, and tooling.
* Solid critical software engineering culture accustomed to constrained environments (safety, real-time, security, C language).
* Fluency in both **English and French** (used daily).

* **Pragmatism & Result Orientation:** Ability to make sound decisions, manage priorities, and deliver under resource constraints.
* **Communication & Emotional Intelligence:** Strong active listener capable of bridging communication gaps across cross-functional teams (System, Ops, Support, Dev).
* **Adaptability (Context Switching):** Comfortable moving seamlessly between high-level team design/planning and immediate operational blockers.
