Responsibilities) และตัวชี้วัดผลงาน\n (KPIs) ของสมาชิกแต่ละคนให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายหลักของทีมและของบริษัท\n พร้อมทั้งติดตามและประเมินผลการทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิด\n\n Operational Governance: ตรวจสอบ\n พิจารณา และอนุมัติใบงานหรือคำร้องขอรับบริการ (Service Requests /\n Work Orders) ต่างๆ ที่ทีมต้องดำเนินการ\n\n Reporting & Communication: ติดตามสถานะการทำงาน\n รวบรวมข้อมูล และจัดทำรายงานสรุปความคืบหน้าเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา\n ทั้งในรูปแบบรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน หรือตามที่ได้รับการร้องขอ\n\n Budgeting: ติดตาม\n ควบคุม และบริหารจัดการการใช้งบประมาณของทีมงานให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าและเป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้\n\nQualifications\n\n Leadership & Motivation: มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการทั้งเนื้องานและบุคลากร\n สามารถกระตุ้นและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ทีมงานมีความกระตือรือร้น (Active)\n และพร้อมต่อการดำเนินงานอยู่เสมอ\n\n Negotiation & Persuasion: มีทักษะยอดเยี่ยมในการเจรจาต่อรองทั้งกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กร\n รวมถึงมีศิลปะในการพูดจูงใจและหว่านล้อมเพื่อให้เกิดความร่วมมือในการทำงาน\n\n Execution & Timeline\n Management:
