QA Process Improvement (การพัฒนาและยกระดับกระบวนการ)วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และปรับปรุงกระบวนการ QA (QA Process Improvement) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความรวดเร็วในการทดสอบส่งเสริมและผลักดันการนำ Automation Testing, API Testing และ Performance Testing มาใช้ในทีมเพื่อลดเวลาและเพิ่มความแม่นยำ4.
