If you have a can-do attitude, a passion for getting things right the first time, and a desire to be an essential part of everyday life, then we want you on our team.\nYour Role as a Marketing Manager: The Marketing Manager will act strategically as the voice of the market within Easypak, developing customer insights, identifying growth opportunities, supporting sales strategy, managing lead generation programs, and driving execution across all marketing channels.\nThe ideal candidate is a self-starter operating independently, utilizing data to make decisions, proactively identifying opportunities, and can translate market intelligence into measurable business outcomes without requiring constant direction from senior leadership.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDevelop and own Easypak’s annual marketing strategy\nCreate marketing plans aligned with overall company growth objectives.\nBuild and maintain customer personas across target market segments.\nIdentify new market opportunities and emerging trends.\nConduct ongoing competitive analysis and recommend strategic actions.\nDefine and monitor marketing KPIs and ROI metrics.\nLead Generation and Revenue Growth:\nOwn inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives.\nDevelop campaigns that produce measurable sales opportunities.\nPartner closely with the Sales Team to improve pipeline development.\nEstablish campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize results.\nManage industry databases, prospect lists, and digital lead generation programs.\nBuild marketing programs around key growth markets for Easypak\nProduct Commercialization Support:\nPartner with Product Management and NPD to successfully launch new products.\nDevelop commercialization plans for all major product launches.\nCoordinate: \nProduct messaging\nProduct positioning\nProduct launch materials\nCustomer communications\nCreate sales enablement tools that improve selling effectiveness.\nDigital Marketing & Brand Management:\nOwn Easypak's digital presence.\nManage:\nWebsite development and strategy\nSEO initiatives\nSocial media content\nE-mail marketing campaigns\nThought leadership content\nEnsure consistency with Easypak brand standards. \nMaintain brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.\nMarketing Analytics\nUtilize CRM, ERP, Power BI, and digital analytics tools to measure performance.\nDevelop monthly marketing dashboards.\nTrack: \nLead generation\nConversion rates\nCampaign ROI\nWebsite engagement\nSales funnel effectiveness\nPresent performance recommendations to executive leadership.\nTrade Shows & Industry Engagement\nCollaborate with Sr. Director of Product Management and VP of Sales to develop annual trade show strategy.\nManage event planning and execution.\nMeasure ROI of all exhibitions.\nCoordinate pre-show and post-show campaigns.\nIdentify speaking opportunities and industry partnerships that elevate the Easypak brand.\nOther Key Responsibilities:\nWorking with cross-functional teams in the Commercial Division, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR and financial teams to help develop the core messaging in all departments.\n20% Travel expectation to visit plants, trade shows, customer visits and team meetings.\nBase expectation work schedule of Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM. \nOther duties may be assigned\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree of Marketing, Business Administration, or related experience.
