The COO will optimise the company's LeadGen marketplace, build an efficient funnel and maximise the profit of the existing model.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the P&L and unit economics of the lead-gen business: margin, CPL, CAC and LTV by vertical and channel, and control of accounts receivable.\n\nOptimise every stage of the funnel, from click to confirmed lead, and set up and run end-to-end analytics together with the CMO.\n\nBuild relationships with lead suppliers, partners and traffic sources, control lead quality, and design payment terms and models (CPL, Revenue Share).\n\nDevelop budgets and forecasts focused on the operating metrics of the lead-gen business.\n\nOptimise CRM and analytics platforms, automate lead processing and distribution, and control data quality.\n\nDesign the structure of the lead-gen team, build operating processes, and scale without losing quality or margin.\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years in operations management (B2C performance marketing, marketplace, lead generation or e-commerce) as Head/Director of Operations, GM or COO.\n\nExperience building a business from scratch: creating processes where none exist and scaling them effectively.\n\nFinancial literacy: a deep understanding of P&L and lead-generation business models.\n\nA proven track record of building and managing teams of 50+ people.\n\nEnglish: B2-C1 for fluent communication with partners and the team.\n\nReadiness to travel (US, EU, Asia) when needed.\n\nWhat We offer:\nA C-level leadership role with full ownership of the LeadGen marketplace P&L.\n\nA unique product in the security niche on the world's largest market.\n\nFully remote work, with business trips abroad.\n\nA competitive rate plus a bonus tied directly to P&L results.\n\nMedical insurance compensation, paid vacation and sick leave.\n\nPaid professional courses, conferences and training.\n\nA culture focused on real results, not process, with regular team-building events.\n\nInterested?
