are looking for a Technical Product Manager, Integrations to join the product team and take ownership of complex integrations connecting the creator ecosystem, customer experience, and external Seattle, Texas (Remote)\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nDefine and drive the integration strategy, standards, and technical capabilities across the platform.\n\nOwn the product lifecycle of Integrations and SDK products - from strategy and discovery through roadmap, development, launch, and continuous improvement.\n\nOversee the integrations development process, ensuring that implementation meets customer needs, technical standards, and business objectives.\n\nDrive both inbound data ingestion and outbound data publishing/syndication across third-party platforms.\n\nAnalyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable integration architectures in collaboration with technical leads.\n\nDefine clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for engineering teams.\n\nLead technical discussions with enterprise customers, ecosystem partners, developers, and integration marketplaces.\n\nTranslate complex technical concepts - such as payload structures, authentication mechanisms, data models, and latency - into clear product decisions and requirements.\n\nPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams to understand customer needs and incorporate the Voice of the Customer into product strategy.\n\nDevelop and support the go-to-market strategy for attracting third-party integration users, developers, and technology partners to the ecosystem.\n\nIdentify opportunities for product improvements and new integration capabilities based on customer feedback, market trends, analytics, and industry best practices.\n\nApply a strong security and DevSecOps mindset when defining integration solutions and technical requirements.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n5+ years of overall software industry experience, including at least 3+ years working with product APIs.\n\nStrong experience as a Technical Product Manager, API Product Manager, Integration Product Manager, or similar technical product role.\n\nHands-on understanding of designing and managing workflows involving:\nREST APIs\n\nGraphQL\n\nWebhooks / real-time integrations\n\nStrong understanding of bi-directional data flows and data structures, including JSON and XML.\n\nPractical knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms such as:\nOAuth 2.0\n\nJWT\n\nAPI Keys\n\nExperience designing solutions with or for Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) products such as Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience working directly with customers to design and implement technical solutions based on their business requirements.\n\nExperience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Engineering teams and acting as an accountable product stakeholder for APIs and integrations.\n\nStrong analytical and data-driven approach to product decision-making.\n\nSolid understanding of software development processes and the ability to work effectively with engineering and technical leadership.\n\nA strong security mindset, including familiarity with DevSecOps principles.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical and executive audiences.\n\nStrong ownership mentality and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward high-quality, timely delivery.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, changing priorities, and a startup mindset.\n\nHigh emotional intelligence, curiosity,
