experienced Escrow Specialist to lead tax and insurance administration for our growing RTL portfolio and help build our in-house escrow capabilities to support our expanding DSCR portfolio.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who brings strong mortgage escrow expertise, can operate independently, and is excited to help shape processes and systems as our servicing platform grows.\nResponsibilities:\nManage relationships and day-to-day activity with tax and insurance vendors\nOversee vendor data files, loan boarding/deboarding, monitoring, exceptions, and issue resolution\nPartner with the Accounting team on vendor invoicing and related reconciliation\nServe as the internal point of contact for tax, insurance, and escrow questions and escalations\nProvide subject matter expertise as we build and test escrow functionality within our servicing platform\nManage DSCR escrow activity, including analysis, collections, disbursements, shortages, surpluses, and advances\nSupport other servicing functions and initiatives as needed\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n3+ years of mortgage servicing experience with direct tax, insurance, and escrow experience\nStrong understanding of mortgage escrow administration and servicing practices\nExperience working with tax and insurance monitoring vendors\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to independently research and resolve servicing issues\nComfortable working in a growing environment where processes and systems are actively being built\nPreferred:\nBusiness-purpose loan servicing experience\nExperience supporting servicing system development, implementation, or testing\n5+ years of mortgage servicing experience with direct tax, insurance, and escrow
