Our customer-facing bakery is home to a traditional wood-fired oven, where our team produces a variety of breads and focaccias, as well as sweet baked goods, which are sold directly to customers and served in our restaurants and café.\nShifts for this role will start at 4 am, and we cannot accommodate requests for a later start time due to our production.
