This role involves conducting regular inspections, identifying defects, and working closely with the production team to implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nConduct regular inspections of the production line to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.\nIdentify and document defects or non-conformities in products.\nPerform tests and measurements using various inspection tools and equipment.\nRecord and report inspection results, maintaining accurate and detailed records.\nCollaborate with production team members to address and resolve quality issues.\nAssist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.\nEnsure that all quality and safety regulations are followed throughout the production process.\nProvide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.\nFunctions as an information source for production staff and other departments when critical quality issues arise.\nEnsures employees and temporary workers understand and comply with GMP requirements.\nRequirements\n MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.\nMust possess strong organizational and communication skills.\nDetail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.\nAble to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.\nTakes initiative and seeks additional training or direction as needed.\nMust be willing to abide by Eatery Essentials policies and procedures, including those that are safety related.\nSelf-motivated individual willing to work hard, able to work in a group and alone, and be quality conscious.\nDemonstrates a professional, team first attitude toward work and co-workers.\nMust be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking of English(Bilingual is a Plus)\nEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE :\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nA minimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience in field, laboratory, or production facility quality control.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nActivities include the ability to reach overhead, squat, and bend at the waist; the ability to lift up to 25 pounds or more; tolerance of standing posture continuously during shift; intense walking is involved.\n Work Enviroment:\nWork is performed in a manufacturing environment that is not climate-controlled.
