In 2025, we generated almost $28 billion in sales and we served customers in more than 160 countries.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAs the Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and industrializing future-ready manufacturing processes, technologies, and factory concepts for Low Voltage System Assembly (LVSA) products, enabling scalable, efficient, and automated production aligned with business growth and new product introduction.\nDefine and implement manufacturing concepts for LVSA - assembly strategy (station-based / line / modular), material flow and logistics concepts, production layout and footprint\nLead industrialization of new products (e.g. data center solutions) and new factories / production halls\nDrive Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) progression\nIdentify and implement automation opportunities: post-order engineering, assembly automation, copper processing, material handling, testing\nSupport implementation of Eplan, Digital work instructions, MES system and Data-driven manufacturing\nBuild CapEx business cases (ROI, productivity impact)\nWork closely with: Engineering (EE/ME) → Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA), Process Engineering → process implementation, Production → validation and ramp-up, Supply Chain → material flow and constraints\nIdentify long-term productivity improvements\nQualifications:\nDegree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field\n3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrialization role, preferably in low voltage systems, electrical equipment, or related industries\nSkills:\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies, assembly systems and line design, automation concepts\n\nExperience with CapEx planning and equipment specification, layout design and material flow optimization\n\nUnderstanding of DFM / DFA principles\n\nFamiliarity with engineering and manufacturing tools (e.g. EPLAN Electric P8, ERP, MES)\n\nFluency in English and German\n\nWhat we offer:\nFlexible working solutions\n\nExcellent working environment - safety and ethics are important for us\n\nCulture & Values - we are more than the products we invent and produce - the way we do business is just as important.
