(Accounting) with required experience.\nMust have an end-to-end process knowledge for GL/FA and good understanding of OTC and PTP encompassing overall accounting as the area.\nProficient with MS Excel and reporting tools\nGood experience of Oracle R12, SAP or SAP S4HANA\nWorking Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools - Hyperion, OBIEE, Oracle Planning etc\n3-4 years of accounting experience.\nExperience in multinational manufacturing industry.\nExcellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.\nAdaptable to varying cultures.\nSkills:\nPreparation of on-going monthly and periodic financial reports\nAnalyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers and evaluate their impact on planned objectives.\nPromotion of good financial stewardship including control costs, driving forecast accuracy, driving balance sheet integrity and compliance with Eaton policies\nCoordinate, interpret and respond to ad hoc financial requests\nTo perform and enhance reporting responsibilities meeting and exceeding the customer expectations by building strong business acumen and driving a culture of quality and automation where creativity and innovation is a process\nIdentify and share/implement the best practices and improve the processes\nPerform additional analyses as assigned\nBuild scalable and capable organization to deliver quality services.
