Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nIn this role:\nProvides product application and technical assistance to customers, customer service, and the sales force on a core group of products.\nCreates and conducts sales force, customer service and customer training on products and applications.\nParticipates on cross functional teams including, for example, marketing communications and custom product solutions.\nDevelops an understanding of customers’ operations and applications.\nUtilizes technical knowledge of production processes, product testing, and industry standards and reviews changes/updates for effects to product applications.\nSupports product line managers with creation of cross reference materials, presentation materials, application letters, and other documentation as needed.\nPerforms construction takeoffs based on customer specified requirements and industry standards.\nQualifications:\nBasic REQUIRED Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution \nNo relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Highland IL or Syracuse NY will be considered.
