This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, IT operations, and digital transformation.\nThe Apprentice Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, and Platform Teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, track delivery commitments, remove blockers, and promote collaboration across observability initiatives including Dynatrace monitoring, service mapping, automation, and predictive operations.\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\nSupport Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint readiness activities.\nTrack sprint progress and help ensure timely delivery of commitments.\nMaintain Agile boards and metrics using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.\nCoordinate delivery activities related to Dynatrace onboarding, monitoring enhancements, dashboards, and alert optimization.\nWork with observability engineers and platform teams to track action items and dependencies.\nAssist in organizing workshops and reviews related to service health, telemetry coverage, and observability adoption.\nHelp monitor progress of automation and AIOps initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reliability.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n0-2 years of experience in IT, software development, project coordination, or Agile environments.\nSkills:\nBasic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.\nStrong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams,
