Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPerform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.\nMay use bolts, screws, clips, and other fastening devices.\nWork under close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.\nPick, pack and pull orders in an efficient and accurate manner.\nTroubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise.\nKeeps work areas clean and safe.\nSupports all facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives including, but not limited to:Maintain 5-S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) throughout shop floor and office areas.\nTrack and sustain all visual management tools such as, but not limited to: layered audits, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) boards, and any additional LEAN tools that are deemed necessary to provide direction, goals and status to the shop floor.\nEncourage, support, and actively participate in Kaizen improvements and events throughout the facility, department, and area of responsibility.\n\nPosition Criteria:\nAbility to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and other job-related documentation.\n\nAble to stand on feet continuously during working shift.\nRequire fine manipulation of hands with repetitive motion.\nMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
