This position is based at our South Milwaukee, WI facility.\n\nKey Processes May Include:\nPerform light, medium, and heavy-duty assembly operations while maintaining established quality and production standards.\nConduct Hi-Pot and functional testing to verify product performance, safety, and compliance requirements.\nOperate epoxy injection molding equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.\nPerform manufacturing activities within a clean room environment while adhering to cleanliness and contamination control standards.\nWhat you’ll do:\nFollow established work instructions, procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality and efficiency.\nSet up and organize workstations to support safe, effective assembly operations while working independently or as part of a team.\nAccurately complete production documentation, record labor transactions, verify production completion, and move finished products to designated staging areas.\nInspect components for defects, make necessary adjustments, and communicate quality or production concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor.\nCollaborate with cross-functional departments to obtain guidance, resolve issues, and support production needs.\nAssist Quality and Engineering teams with troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to new product development and process improvements.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.\nMinimum six (6) months of previous manufacturing, military, or related experience.\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment, immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
