Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Assembly Coordinator. The hourly rate for this position is $22.59 per hour. What you’ll do: The Assembly Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operation of assembly production lines while providing leadership, direction, and development to production associates. This role ensures safe, efficient, and productive operations through effective workforce coordination, assembly planning, schedule execution, quality compliance, and continuous improvement activities. The Coordinator serves as a liaison between production, planning, engineering, quality, materials, and other functional groups to ensure customer and business requirements are achieved. The successful candidate will lead by example, promote Eaton values and safety culture, drive operational excellence, and support the development of team members while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met.
