Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nManage open POs through confirmations for deliveries, updating ERPs and managing orders through delivery\nDevelop and maintain relationships within the Supply Chain Organization and Supplier Base\nDay to day communication with various stakeholders like planners, operations, and suppliers\nWorking Knowledge of ERP\nTimely resolution of ‘On Hold’ invoices for the various sites working closely with site, suppliers, IM team\nParticipate and lead supplier negotiations\nInitiate and execute projects to achieve Cost Out/Savings and Productivity Targets\nWork with Senior Buyer in identifying sourcing issues\nWork with Senior Buyer to optimize inventory investment\nWork with Senior Buyer in supply chain interactions and projects\nProcessing plant wide request for purchase and obtain quotes from suppliers as needed.\nFully support the strategy of the Senior Buyer and assist in the execution of the strategy\nAssist in vendor meetings, QBRs, and other interactions with vendors\nUpdating and maintaining the Eaton supplier tooling database\nCoordination with Suppliers for quote projects due to the increased outsourcing efforts\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nTwo-Year Degree or 5 Years of Experience in Supply Chain\nDemonstrated ability to work either independently or in teams across plant and corporate entities\nSound working knowledge of Purchasing/Materials\n“Intermediate-level” training in Excel, PowerPoint and Teams software or equivalent experience\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
