This program serves as a bridge between academic learning and professional practice, helping participants build a strong foundation for future career growth.\nThe COE Assistant (Trainee) role is part of the SCM Early Talent Program, participants will support operational and project-related activities, gain exposure to key business processes, and work closely with experienced professionals while developing the skills needed for a successful career within a global organization.\n\nJob responsibilities\nMain responsibilities:\nSupport daily operations and projects within assigned COE functions, such as Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or other business areas.\nAssist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and process documentation.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and stardarization activities.\nAssist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and process documentation.\nContribute to problem-solving activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and project execution.\nPrepare presentations, reports, and business recommendations based on findings.\nDuration:\n1 years\nRotations:\nassignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of SCM roles across several of our key growth areas.\nPotential Assignments areas:\nOPEX, Purchasing, Logistic, Sourcing, Inventory, Demand Planning, EHS\nQualifications:\nEducation level required\nBachelor degree student (Minimun 90% of credits completed) or graduated in Industrial Eng, Business Adm, International Business or related areas.\nAdvance english proficiency\n\nYears and area of experience required\n3 months as intern in SCM COE or academic projects, internships, laboratories, or capstone experience.\nProject, capstones or learning program based on SCM processes.\nSkills:\nTechnical knowledge\nOffice - Advanced\n\nERP Experience: Mapics, SAP, Oracle, MS Office advanced level, Kinaxis, Vista- Prefered\n\nSoft Skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests.\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nGood communication abilities.\n\nCI/Problem solving mindset\n\nProactive Can Do Attitude\n\nAbility to work in a team\n\nCapacity and ability to work under pressure and prioritize.\n\nAttributes\nStrong analytical thinking, Time management and prioritization skills, Ability to facilitate Kaizen and improvement workshops.\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
