Success in this position requires the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, strong motivation for pursuing project objectives and the ability to learn new techniques and development processes.\nWork with Leads to perform design calculations, quick proto trials and documenting lessons learnt\nPrepare CAD models, 2D drawings, BoM and document release in SAP, Enovia through ECR process\nResearch, review, and implement best-practices, new and emerging technologies, and design patterns to new and existing development\nMaintain and enhance technical proficiency in mechanical engineering related development environments, processes, and tools\nPlan and manage development work to achieve on-time delivery of NPD / VAVE, features and enhancements\nCoordinate and collaborate with product owners, leads, design, simulation, reliability, marketing and manufacturing development teams to produce engineering designs and specifications for new features and enhancements\nIdentify, communicate, and mitigate risks as they arise during development\nDemonstrate strong learning agility while gaining in-depth product / process knowledge\nGenerate ideas and innovative solutions which will provide competitive edge to business products\nThink creatively with optimizing delivery time maintaining quality and optimized cost\nDevelop prototype, assist leads on proto build and testing trials\nActively contribute to innovation in terms of disclosures, patents, trade secrets\nUtilize continuous improvement mindset while improving milestone completion timelines and use of digital tools\nActive communication with the cross functional team to ensure schedule, cost and performance alignment\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering in Mechanical\n0 -
