Creates CAD drawings- detailing, 3D models, Assemblies etc. and ensure release in PLM / ERP system per project plan.\nContribute to create test plans in accordance with IEC/UL standards. Create test object requirements, plan for assembly and finalize test parameters & instrumentation. Responsible for conducting tests by ensuring deployment of standard practices.\nContribute with leads to Create Intellectual Property documents (IPs) around new product design concepts / ideas.\nQualifications:\nBE / M.tech - Mechanical Engineering\n0-3 yrs. Product Design \nSkills:\n1. Have a good technical knowledge and experience in design and development of Mechanical products like sheet metal products, cast/machined products, plastic products and relevant desing practices and standards.\n2. Experience hands on experience in creating part detailing and designing, drawing creation, 3D modeling of parts/assemblies and 2D dimensioning and tolerance of parts, prototyping and validation\n3.Analytical skills must include design/ selection, stresses, fatigue life, component fits and establishing efficient/ergonomic methods of assembly, Design calculations.\n4. Should be aware with GD&T, DFMEA, DFMA.\n5. Should have good knowledge on different product design tools environment like CAD, Solid works, SAP.\n6.Understanding of Fusible products would be an added advantage\n7.
