Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Associate Manufacturing Engineer. This role is located Jonesville, SC facility. Relocation assistance will be provided. What you’ll do: The Associate Manufacturing Engineering will be responsible for supporting plant leadership in achieving business and financial goals by leading continuous improvement /cost-out initiatives across the organization while developing and maintaining robust manufacturing processes. Additional responsibility includes executing the organization’s strategic plan consistent with federal, state, and local regulations, established industry standards, and customer requirements. The candidate needs to be able to think outside the box, encompassing lean and manufacturing engineering principles, day in and day out.
