Segment Ownership & Growth\nOwn and execute the Data Center growth strategy in Southeast Asia\nBuild and manage a robust project pipeline (short-, mid-, long-term)\nIdentify high-value opportunities across hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise data centers\n2. Key Account Development & Ecosystem Influence\nDevelop and manage relationships with:\nHyperscalers (cloud players)\nColocation operators\nEPC contractors\nEngineering consultants & designers\nInfluence stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to drive specification inclusion\n3. Specification & Project Conversion\nLead spec-in activities for Cable Tray and Wire Basket solutions\nWork with engineering teams to deliver:\nOptimized layouts\nValue engineering / cost optimization proposals\nConvert pipeline into secured orders and revenue growth\n4. Commercial Execution\nPartner with local sales teams to execute project strategies and close deals\nLead pricing positioning in competitive bids\nEnsure profitable growth with strong margin discipline\n5. Market Intelligence & Strategy\nTrack:\nData center investments and expansion plans\nCompetitive landscape\nCustomer requirements (speed, modularity, cost efficiency)\nTranslate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies\n6.
