As a critical member of the business analytics team, this role will manage incoming internal customer requests for dashboard access, Power BI navigation assistance and general & technical troubleshooting. By providing Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III support, this role will seek to delight internal customers by providing responsive solutions that maximize the usage of our data platforms.\nJob Responsibilities\nA. Use Office 365 Tools to create a standardized support channel for receiving internal customer support issues related to self-service analytics platform\nB. Provide Tier I (system access requests, Power BI interface questions), Tier II (general Power BI/Excel troubleshooting) and Tier III (troubleshooting analytics data pipeline) support and support escalation to Sr. Business Analysts and Program owners as required\nC. Review workspace health and if required, manually trigger failed dataflow and dataset refreshes in order to ensure data is up-to-date\nD.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all new and enhanced data products (reports, data models, ETL processes, etc.)\nE. Collaborate with other members of the Business Analytics team to champion best practices and eliminate redundancies.\nF.Fully understand the data and KPIs across all analytics tools supported by the Business Analytics team\nG. Actively engage all end users to grow the use of analytics and promote digital mindset across North American Sales and Marketing and Commercial Operations organizations H.Contribute meaningful improvements to the user experience by enhancing existing user engagement tools, data visualizations, and report performance optimizations with the platform owner\nQualifications:\nEducation level required\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution\nYears and area of experience required\n3 years working in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or related STEM fields\nTechnical knowledge\nExperience with various relational databases or data warehouses\nProficient with the following languages: SQL, DAX, and M\nUnderstanding of data modeling techniques\nDemonstrated ability to navigate a modern Business Intelligence Suite (Microsoft Power Platform + Azure is preferred)\nCapable of developing solutions that utilize Office 365 applications including Power Automate and Power Apps\nSkills:\nSoft skills\nStrong communication skills (English written and verbal)\nAccountable and ability to work independently\nAbility to pivot between tasks and projects quickly based on prioritization, passion for continuous improvement\nInnovative thinker, service mindset, learner mindset\nDrive for results\nMakes Decisions & Solves Problems\nDemonstrates a Collaborative Style\nPromotes and Champions Change\nBusiness Acumen\nPursues personal development\nStrong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to actively contribute to the group’s success\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks\nTeam player\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
