As a Commercial Solutions Specialist, you will leverage your knowledge of the electrical industry and gain insight into our business, preparing you for a successful career in Eaton.\nKey responsibilities :\nMaintain Commercial Integrity of Projects\nReview and interpret customer purchase orders.\nConduct monthly project reviews and apply risk mitigation measures.\nEnsure system data accuracy and integrity.\nManage financial controls, claim resolutions, and bonds/letters of credit.\nOversee progress billing, accurate invoicing, on-time shipments, and logistics coordination.\nProject Communication\nCollaborate with plants, credit, field sales, and internal teams to resolve project issues.\nProvide customers with timely updates on order status, shipment schedules, and invoicing.\nProject Management\nHandle multiple project orders simultaneously.\nPrioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs.\nCompliance & Continuous Improvement\nAdhere to Eaton’s Philosophy, Values, Safety, and Environmental standards.\nEmbrace a continuous improvement mindset in all processes.\nQualifications:\nBasic Required Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution required with relevance to the job description.\nMinimum 1 year experience working with the electrical construction projects in the industry, either in project management, sales/quotations, or engineering.\nMust be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.\nNo relocation benefit is offered for this position.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.\nBilingual in English and French - will be required to communicate fluently in French with the customers and sales and English with all other supporting functions.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification.\nStrong understanding of single line diagram, power distribution knowledge and experience in the electrical distribution field.\nWhat makes you successful?\nAs a Commercial Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the commercial integrity with strong communication skills.
