Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEaton’s Mission Systems Division is currently seeking a Composite Assembler I. This position is based at our Westminster MD facility and is responsible for supporting the manufacturing and production of high-precision aerospace composite components. The role contributes directly to the creation of advanced hardware that enables the safety of warfighters, supports first responders, and makes possible critical applications including aviation, space exploration, and satellite operations. Working within a high-performance manufacturing environment, this position ensures adherence to quality standards, established processes, and operational efficiency in the fabrication and assembly of composite structures.\nIn this function you will:\nCompleting training and enacting all steps required to fabricate and assemble a composite pressure vessel\nPreparing/ completing set up of your machine\nMixing and preparing chemicals and resins\nLoading and unloading ovens\nMeeting daily output requirements\nPerforming proper checks and procedures to ensure quality product\nEnsuring that Environmental, Health, and Safety are included as part of everyday activities.\nComplying with all work and process instructions.\nParticipating in 5S cell efforts and continuous improvement.\nIdentifying improvement opportunities.\nLifting up to and including 50 pounds.\nUtilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each task associated with the job.\nWorking safely and reporting all near misses, illnesses, and injuries following established procedures.\nCompleting and maintaining their training to meet the required level of certified elements in their position.\nProperly managing the traceability of components to ensure accuracy.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nMinimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience OR 1 year of military experience\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
