Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Construction Assembler is responsible for assembling structural wall systems and building components. This role works as part of a production crew and uses hand and power tools to complete routine to semi-complex assembly tasks while following engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions, with the primary objective of delivering a finished product on time and in adherence to Eaton’s quality standards.\nFibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.\nIn this function you will:\nEnsure work areas and buildings are clean and free of debris\nAssist in reading and interpreting blueprints to determine the placement of carpentry and structural components within buildings\nAssist in cutting wall paneling and other carpentry components using various saws\nApply glue to plywood and install walls and floors per specifications\nInstall walls, ceiling paneling, and moldings using adhesives, fasteners, hand tools, and power tools\nLoad and position wall panels and components during the assembly process\nPerform work involving insulation and cement as required by the build process\nComplete other tasks as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor\nObserve proper housekeeping and safety procedures, keeping equipment, tools, and work areas clean and orderly by performing 5S duties and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset\nReport irregularities or equipment malfunctions to leadership\nFoster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals and philosophies and encourages continuous improvement through teamwork and participation\nPerform other job duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution\nNo relocation Benefits provided.
