If you’re looking for meaningful, exciting work where your contributions truly matter, we invite you to join us!\nWhat you’ll do:\nBe able to perform minor set-ups and operate multiple machines, to execute a sequence of operations such as turn, drill, and bore a variety of metal components.\nConducts the following operations : reaming, inserting hammer drive screws , peening operation and assembling hardware\nSets up and operates bulge rivet machine to assemble retainers\nConducts ATP testing to requirements. Utilizes QC Info software to view test specifications, set-up test fixture and perform ATP testing\nPerforms channel coating on parts to requirements as called out on the routers\nHas the ability to set -up and operate laser marker , understands customer requirements as called out on PMI sheets and perform hand marking operations\nRead & sign off on production routers and record material types, lot numbers and quantity required\nCan identify locate and kit hardware necessary to assemble retainers\nReceive components into stock, generate & release assembly work orders as well as understands sales order requirements\nCapable of interpreting technical drawings in accordance with standard shop practices.\nWork in accordance with general safety rules and practices.\nWill train new and temporary employees on processes\nParticipate in continuous improvement of processes\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution \nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
