Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAs a Cybersecurity Architect, you will provide technical leadership for secure product development across multiple business divisions, helping teams integrate cybersecurity principles into products, systems, and solutions from concept through deployment.\nThis hybrid position is based in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, with up to 10% travel. Relocation assistance is available.\nSecurity Architecture & Strategy\nLead secure product development initiatives across multiple business divisions.\nDefine cybersecurity requirements and architectural approaches for new and existing products.\nPartner with engineering and cybersecurity teams to embed Security by Design principles throughout the product lifecycle.\nRisk Assessment & Security Validation\nConduct threat modeling and cybersecurity risk assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.\nCoordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities for products, systems, and solutions.\nGuide teams in addressing security findings and strengthening product security.\nSecure Development & DevSecOps\nProvide technical leadership for implementing cybersecurity features and controls.\nSupport security automation, DevSecOps practices, and cybersecurity tools that improve efficiency and consistency.\nCollaborate with software, hardware, cloud, embedded, mobile, and IoT development teams to advance secure engineering practices.\nTraining, Collaboration & Industry Leadership\nDeliver cybersecurity training and mentorship to engineers, technical leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nMonitor emerging threats, technologies, standards, and regulations and drive continuous improvement.\nRepresent Eaton in industry forums, standards organizations, and cybersecurity initiatives that support critical infrastructure security.\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering from an accredited institution.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in Product Development that includes 3 years of experience in Product Cybersecurity.\nYou must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible and considered for this position pursuant to applicable U.S. Federal Government contract requirements.\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
