Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWork with our product development team.\nPerform design testing and functionality testing on analog (up to 400V) and digital circuits and complete products.\nPerform design testing and functionality testing of firmware/software.\nReceive test requirements/plans provided by Hardware and Firmware Engineers and collaborate with engineers during the testing process when anomalies are found.\nPerform initial bring up and testing of prototype boards.\nGenerate complete test documentation of test setup and results.\nBuild or modify prototype circuits and products. \nDesign and build cabling, interconnects, and fixtures necessary to test prototype boards and products.\nAssist with the creation of test procedures.\nThis role could be the next step in your career if you demonstrate the following experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology plus 2 years of experience working with electronics, OR an associate degree in Electronics Technology plus 4 years of experience.\nYou will set yourself apart by demonstrating some or all of the following:\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nExperience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Visio.\nAbility to create automated testing for recurring test processes.\nTUV, UL and EMC testing experience.\nExperience with high voltage (400V) power circuits.\nKeys to role success:\nStrong knowledge of electricity and electronic circuit, experience with digital logic, Microprocessor systems, switching power supplies and analog amplifier/filter circuits.\nAbility to read and understand schematics and locate components on PCBs using PCB viewer software.\nCapable of diagnosis and repair of analog and digital circuits down to the component level.\nCompetent and skilled at soldering. Capable of reworking/replacing through hole and small (0402) or fine pitch (TQFP) SMT components.\nProficient in the use of lab test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, meters, function generators, programmable power supplies and programmable loads. #LI-LR1\nWe will not consider candidates who:\nNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
