Support adoption of modern testing methodologies and AI-enabled automation practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.\n3-6 years of experience in embedded firmware testing, industrial automation, PLC testing, or test automation development.\nSkills:\nHands-on experience in embedded firmware validation, industrial automation testing, and test automation development. Experience in designing, developing, and executing Python-based automated test solutions using Pytest. Exposure to PLC programming and testing using CODESYS and IEC 61131-3 Structured Text (ST). Good understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, EtherCAT, BACnet, RS485, and CAN.\nExperience in developing automated test scripts is a plus, validating embedded and industrial automation products, analyzing test failures, and supporting firmware and system engineering teams. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, Agile development methodologies, and modern software quality practices.
