This position can be based in Arden, NC, Fayetteville, NC, Charlotte, NC or Greenwood, SC. Position Overview: Reporting to the Director Engineering for the Power Distribution and Assemblies Division (PDCA) business, this person will be responsible for Sustaining Engineering/Maintenance of Line (MOL) across the entire PDCA portfolio: Medium Voltage Assemblies (MVA), Low Voltage Assemblies (LVA), Medium Voltage Control Assemblies (MVCA) and Motor Control Centers (MCC). The PDCA business is a $2 billion, 3,500 employee business across North America, with 8 manufacturing locations. This person will lead a divisional sustaining engineering organization covering Quality, Codes & Compliance, Product Improvement and MOL for all PDCA manufacturing plants. The Engineering Leader will bring MOL engineers together under common standards, processes and priorities while keeping them closely aligned with Manufacturing Operations.
