If you enjoy bringing people together, driving results, and making a visible impact on products and processes, this is an exciting opportunity to build your program management career while contributing to meaningful business success.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nProgram Planning & Execution: Lead cross-functional project execution by developing plans, managing schedules and deliverables, tracking performance, and ensuring successful phase gate completion.\nPortfolio Management: Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, effective resource utilization, and successful delivery of business outcomes.\nRisk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical concerns as needed to ensure successful program execution.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication by leading project meetings, providing stakeholder updates, and documenting key decisions, actions, and program changes.\nFinancial & Business Accountability: Monitor project financial performance by managing budgets, supporting forecasting and business case development, and tracking realization of program benefits.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and influence cross-functional teams by driving accountability, fostering collaboration, and resolving challenges to achieve program objectives.\nContinuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, promoting program management best practices, and supporting PMO process and standard work enhancements.\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications:\n-Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution\n-Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience in project leadership and/or New Product Development.\n-Eaton will not consider applicants for employment, immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
