Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe entry level Electrical Technician begins in Electrical Prefab learning basic electrical parts and safety. You will be introduced to both hand and power tools. Basic math skills must be demonstrated as well as a high attention to detail. You must be able to work in a manufacturing environment on your feet all day while you shadow and assist within established electrical crews. You will be expected to gain knowledge in blueprint reading and train on beginning electrical skills such as installation of conduit and electrical components.\nFibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.\nIn this role, you will:\nUse a tape measure effectively.\nPrepare and kit electrical parts.\nStock and set up electrical wire carts.\nInstall and cover receptacles and switches.\nPerform other tasks as assigned by crew leader or supervisor.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
