We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.\nWhat you’ll do:\nResponsible for pre-sales technical support & expertise in implementation of customer applications associated with Power Quality Solution including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), battery system, cooling solution, and Power Distribution Solution including transformer, switchgear, busWay, low voltage panels, Power Train Unit (PTU), DCIM & EPMS system.\nAdvanced technology applications in the market include high-voltage DC and liquid cooling systems for data centers.\nEfforts include preparation, participation and/or presentation of seminars to customers and consultants\nProviding solution and prepare bidding documents\nExamines customer requirements in terms of equipment and documentation\nProvides technical review of orders\nRecommends most cost effective configuration to meet technical requirements\nSupport sales staff in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications\nEffectively interface with customers, sales staff, consultants and contractors to support requirements\nFamiliar with current trend and technology developments of competitions\nTo be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking\nb. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS\nc. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements\nd. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals\ne. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS\nf. Create a culture of continuous improvement\nL. Import and implement technical and cost reviews of equipment suppliers and contractors.\" \n\nQualifications:\nBachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent\nMinimum 5 years pre-sales and support experience on data centre application and electrical power distribution\nRequires practical experience in design and solutioning\nThe application knowledge of power quality and distribution system in data center\nFamiliar with Electrical installation methods, practices, and the National Electrical Code\nFamiliar with Power switchgear and distribution manufacture techniques\nKnowledge of precision cooling and its application\nTechnical interpretation, communication skills and CAD skill are important\nMust be able to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers\nKnowledge of Auto-CAD, VBA and 3-D modelling\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
