The role acts as Eaton's on-site representative and has overall responsibility for daily site operations from mobilisation through installation, commissioning, and handover.\nWhat you’ll do:\nYou will be responsible for day-to-day site delivery across UPS, battery, switchboard, power quality and critical infrastructure projects.\nLead and coordinate daily site activities, resources and priorities.\n\nAct as Eaton’s on-site representative and primary contact for site-related matters.\n\nCoordinate field service engineers, subcontractors, electricians, logistics providers and commissioning personnel.\n\nDrive Eaton and customer safety requirements, including pre-starts, toolbox talks, risk assessments, permits, isolation and LOTO processes.\n\nOversee electrical and mechanical installation activities and ensure work is completed to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.\n\nCoordinate testing, commissioning, defect close-out, practical completion and customer handover.\n\nTrack progress against project milestones and escalate schedule, scope, quality or resource risks early.\n\nManage site communications and build effective relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and other key stakeholders.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nA trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.\n\nDemonstrated experience delivering electrical, UPS, battery or critical power projects in a site-based environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical installation and commissioning practices, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.\n\nExperience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.\n\nSound knowledge of Australian WHS requirements and a strong commitment to safe work practices.\n\nStrong planning, communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and resolve site issues.\n\nAbility to travel and work across customer sites in Australia and New Zealand as required.\n\nWhy Eaton?\nJoin a global organisation and a growing critical power project portfolio.\n\nA highly visible field leadership role with exposure to complex customer projects.\n\nCareer development opportunities across project management, service and broader Eaton operations.\n\nA collaborative team environment with a strong focus on safety, quality and customer outcomes.\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
