Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDeliver on-site technical services including commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades.\n\nEnsure all activities are performed in full compliance with Eaton's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and local regulations.\n\nPlan, coordinate, and manage service interventions directly with customers.\n\nDiagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to maximize equipment performance and customer satisfaction.\n\nVerify the accuracy of technical and operational information before and during service activities, ensuring any discrepancies are addressed promptly.\n\nComplete detailed service reports and communicate findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nIdentify opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and additional services, generating leads to support business growth.\n\nProvide technical support and guidance to customers, authorized service partners, and subcontractors.\n\nDeliver basic product and technical training to customers when required.Manage and maintain assigned spare parts inventory and service tools.\n\nParticipate in ongoing technical and product training programs in Italy and across Eaton's global training centers.\n\nContribute to the 24/7 on-call support service, assisting customers covered by dedicated service agreements.\n\nQualifications:\nTechnical high school diploma or higher, PES/PAV/PEI and PREPOSTO qualification will be considered as a plus\nmin. 3/5 years of experience in on-site Service.
