Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Final Punch Technician is responsible for all aspects of the buildings prior to shipment. They also paint and repair any damage or problems that arise prior to shipment. They prepare (packs) of miscellaneous materials and parts for shipping. They use battery drills, hammer drills, tape measures, generators, and painting equipment in their role.\nFibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.\nIn this role, you will:\nInspect exterior of buildings for defects which includes checking for general damage and correct installation of the exterior components.\nInspect interior of buildings for defects which includes checking for loos bolts, screws, paint, general damage, and correct installation of interior and exterior finishes.\nArrange for defects or damage to be repaired including aggregate, door hardware, paint, waveguides, and air-conditioners.\nClean all surfaces of interior and exteriors of the building.\nEnsure the overall appearance of the building is presentable for the customer prior to shipment.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
