The site is part of our Conveyance business unit and supports both military and commercial business.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Finance Manager reports to the Plant Finance Leader and will lead plant finance activities, manage a small team, provide strategic business partnership to operations leadership, and drive financial performance across the Jackson Aerospace facility. It’s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential-and where you can help us reach ours.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPrepare Profit Plan and Business Review presentations for senior management team\nLead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, profit planning, and business reviews.\nAnalyze financial and operational performance, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.\nMaintain and improve standard cost accounting, inventory valuation, and fixed asset processes.\nManage capital expenditure requests, payback analyses, and fixed asset controls.\nEnsure compliance with Eaton accounting policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls.\nProvide financial support for government contracts, including FAR and TINA compliance.\nPartner with operations leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve plant profitability.\nDevelop financial models, reporting tools, and process improvements that enhance decision-making.\nLead finance process standardization and continuous improvement efforts throughout the facility.\nProvide Financial support to ensure compliance with Government accounting, FAR and TINA Requirements for government contracts\nPrepare Profit Plan and Business Review presentations for senior management team\nLead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, profit planning, and business reviews.\nWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we - as individuals and as a company are stronger.\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution\nMinimum of 5 years of professional accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing or similar operations environment.\nThis position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
