In this role, you will contribute to firmware testing and automation activities, working closely with experienced engineers and global development teams to help ensure the quality and reliability of our embedded products.\nYour responsibilities:\nDevelop, execute, and maintain automated firmware tests for UPS and CPS product lines.\nSupport firmware test planning and participate in the creation and execution of structured test cases for product features.\nImplement test solutions to verify system and product requirements based on established test strategies.\nExecute firmware testing activities and provide input to design and feature reviews throughout the development lifecycle.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of automated tests within CI/CD environments.\nAnalyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and assist in root cause investigations together with firmware and system engineers.\nDocument test procedures, results, and releases in accordance with company quality processes.\nCollaborate with firmware, systems, and hardware teams to improve product quality and test coverage.\nLearn and apply modern embedded software testing tools, methods, and best practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n0-3 years of experience in software development, software testing, test automation, embedded systems, or a related technical area.\nSkills:\nSolid programming skills in Python or similar scripting languages.\nFamiliarity with software testing principles and automated testing concepts.\nBasic understanding of version control systems such as Git.\nInterest in embedded systems, firmware development, and test automation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nWillingness to learn debugging techniques for embedded and system-level issues.\nBasic understanding of C/C++ programming.\nAbility to work safely in a laboratory environment and learn to use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.\nGood teamwork and communication skills.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nWhat we can offer to you:\nContract in fast growing global company\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nGreat promotional opportunities - We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible\nExcellent working environment - safety and ethic are really important for us\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
