Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.\nWe are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst with SAP to join ourMiddle East Team in Dubai, UAE.\nWhat you’ll do:\nReporting to the Plant Finance Manager, the FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting and operational analysis for the E33 manufacturing plant. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, HR and Accounting teams to provide financial insights, support decision making and drive business performance. \nSupport the manufacturing plant's budgeting, forecasting, profit planning and financial reporting processes.\nAnalyze financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers, risks and improvement opportunities.\nMonitor manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, margins and working capital performance to support business decisions.\nPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and Accounting teams to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements.\nSupport capital investment evaluations, cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs through financial analysis.\nEnsure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, SOX requirements and audit standards.\nUtilize SAP, Excel and reporting tools to deliver timely, accurate and actionable financial information to plant leadership. \nQualifications:\n3+ years of progressive finance experience within a multinational organization.\n2+ years of experience supporting a manufacturing environment.\nSkills:\nExperience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), cost controlling, plant finance, or operational finance.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain and Accounting.\nHands-on experience with SAP-based reporting and analysis is required.\nFinancial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.\nManufacturing finance concepts including cost analysis, inventory management, variance analysis and operational performance metrics.\nKnowledge of standard costing and manufacturing key performance indicators (KPIs).\nSAP proficiency, preferably within a manufacturing environment.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.\nPower BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of internal controls, compliance requirements and SOX principles.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nBusiness partnering and stakeholder management capability.\nEffective communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.\nHigh level of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.\nStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.\nData-driven decision-making capability.\nWhat we offer you:\nBeing part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry\nWork in a company that is commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability\nAnnual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system\nOngoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
