We are EATON!\nAs the HR Generalist you will provide support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to assessment and selection, employee relations, compensation management, organization development, training and special projects across the Luton site.\nManage the recruitment process for both permanent and temporary positions from sourcing to onboarding \nSupport Managers with the completion of first level disciplinary, grievances, attendance management reviews and other employee relations matters \nCoordinate employee engagement initiatives including but not limited to; employee surveys, wellness activities, charity involvement and inclusion and diversity events \nAssist with updating and ensuring policies are compliant with legislation and Eaton philosophy and handle queries along with other HR team members \nManage key Human Resources administrative tasks, including communications, reward & recognition tracking, employee benefits, guidebooks and flexible working requests \nManage and action letters and confirmation including medical approval, referencing, data approval and all subsequent needed information from site \nMaintain accurate records of employee data compliant both with UK legislation and Eaton best practice including support of the time and attendance process \nCollect and analyse accurate and timely data for established and relevant HR metrics \nDesign and delivery of training as required \nDemonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by supporting related initiatives by establishing, maintaining and implementing standard work and other tools\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution\nCIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards completion\nSkills:\nPrevious experience in a HR function ideally in a manufacturing environment \nUnderstanding of complex employee relations cases and appropriate resolutions\nWorking knowledge of UK employment law and resource management \nPreferably some exposure to time and attendance systems\nDemonstrated organizational & prioritization skills \nAbility to build trust & maintain confidentiality is critical \nAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization \nAble to manage through ambiguity in a busy environment\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nFlexible working solutions (remote, flexible working hours, compressed week, part time etc.)\nWe make your aspirations matter - Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\nWe make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term - not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University\nWe make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies.\nWe make your wellbeing matter - We put your health and safety first.
