We are proud to be a Disability Friendly Workplace, ensuring an inclusive environment for all our employees.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Payroll Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Payroll Analysts and ensuring the timely, accurate, compliant, and customer-focused delivery of payroll input and payroll support activities across assigned countries within EMEA.\nThe role provides day-to-day operational leadership, workload management, coaching, and performance oversight while ensuring adherence to service level agreements, quality standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements. The Payroll Supervisor acts as the primary escalation point for operational payroll issues and drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience, efficiency, and service quality.\n1. Team Leadership & People Management\nLead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 Payroll Analysts.\nSupport employee development through coaching, mentoring, and training.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.\nParticipate in recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning activities.\nEnsure adequate resource allocation and business continuity coverage across the team.\n2. Operational Management\nOversee daily payroll operations and workload distribution.\nMonitor completion of payroll activities within established deadlines and service level agreements.\nEnsure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related transactions.\nCoordinate payroll cycle activities and readiness reviews.\nManage workload balancing across countries and team members.\nAct as the first escalation point for complex payroll cases and operational challenges.\n3. Quality & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, documented procedures, and payroll governance requirements.\nMonitor quality results and implement corrective actions where required.\nSupport execution of quality audits and compliance reviews.\nIdentify operational risks and implement mitigation actions.\n4. Employee & Customer Experience\nEnsure a high level of customer service and case resolution quality.\nReview recurring employee concerns and identify opportunities for proactive improvements.\nPartner with HR teams, payroll providers, and other stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.\n5. Performance Management & Reporting\nMonitor team productivity, quality, and service metrics.\nAnalyze operational trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.\nUtilize data-driven insights to improve team performance and service delivery.\n6.
